You are not valued for your intellect here, just for your ability to do as you're told. They claim to be data driven when there is purely only top down decision making. This company uses shady subscription sale tactics that have been reported to the BBB. Also the environment is very clique-y like highschool and everyone acts friendly until they see an opportunity to throw you under the bus, highlighting their underlying insecurity of new employees being smarter than them. This place is entirely about looks and appearances with barely any substance to back it.
