Pros

Co-workers are very nice. Facility is clean.

Cons

Owners want you to lie to the patients about insurance. You are not to tell them they are FFS and then they get bills and are upset. Pts are owing tons of $. And last but not least, you will not receive your entire last check!

Pros

My location staff was GREAT! We worked very well together and had a great office culture! That made a huge difference when coming into work every day..

Cons

As an office manager- you are underpaid and then offered great bonus potential- ok cool That can make up for the lack of base pay.. however the bonus structure is unattainable... Upper management (CEO and COO) are husband and wife duo who have bought into MGE (a Scientology program) and they make you go into a facility to do monthly training on the weekends it is mandatory. There are weekly manager meetings that could be great if there was direction and purpose to each meeting other than it being a complain about the past week and not come to the meeting with any potential solution or and advice given to be better for the next week. If I asked for help or coaching from my area managers they did not want to drive to my offices location. So it is difficult to get proper training when they will not come to you and help you through any issue that is arising in the office (patient of staff related). We are told to tell patients that we accept all insurance (when in fact we are out of network and a cash pay office) So its kind of a bate and switch model for the patients. I am not a fan of not telling the whole truth to patients especially when it involves insurance and money.
