-Well Paid + Insurance(you, wife, one kid) -Passionate people who crazy about RPG Game -No dress code -Company care about employees(Even bus from subway stn. in summer with ice cream, winter, yearly open workshop, Cute gifts..)
Cons
-HR and Internal System are like small company's -There is core working time(10am to 4pm) which you can not adjust a working schedule. -Just give welfare points without types and categories that just annoy people even it's benefits
