      Great place to learn and grow. They will teach you anything you want to learn that they do there. Discounts on retail items and food and other perks

      Cons

      Pay is less than other places but the ability to learn new skills is a plus. Also the more skills you learn and more responsibilities you take on will earn more pay

      Fantastic quality of life for this industry. Five day work week, store closes at 6 and is closed 2 days per week. The operation consistently wins awards for their quality of products and service. Free meals, PTO, Quality competitive wage plus tip pooling makes it one of the top paying in the area. Free uniforms and an education in many products

      Cons

      small operation and everybody must work together on all tasks.
