The office environment was really laid back and my former coworkers were pretty great. Each department is in charge of its daily duties.
Cons
As usual management sucks really bad. They don't appreciate the talent they have and they neuter the employees so you are incapable of growing. Fires people to look like revenue and incompetent. The CEO is a very nice person but had too many idiots working beneath him in valuable positions.
