Pros
Initially was good working environment, seemed to get "trouble" for DOING something that did not work (failed) rather than credit for doing things above & beyond "pay-grade" to help others, so - get on with your job (+ nothing else)= Fine. but try & be over helpful, and fail = trouble
Cons
NO praise for "going that extra mile" even when that help does not do "job" (i,e TRYing but failing better than NOT trying at all) - Junior management always want to ignore protocol/ paperwork (non compliance to systems) but were getting praise from above within company, as the "projects" were progressing, but there was no way to trace failures, so as not to have to repeat effort
