      Very good salaries and bonuses. Good environment in the healthcare area. It is a global business, which allows employees to get global exposure.

      Cons

      Terrible management and steps of reorganization. By Q1 2012, the internal environment is a disaster. Might recover by the end of 2012.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
