      - Upward mobility is NON - EXISTENT ... Your commission is capped, don't let them sell you on something different - Products are outdated - On-boarding might be the worst among any corporate company - Lack of respectable leadership

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
