Great people, great work life balance.

Cons

I do not recommenced this company at all. We have a double standard here where sexual harassment and sexual assault is permissible. Human resources does nothing, has nothing to do with us. Why are employees being forced to work around individuals that think this behavior is ok?

Pros

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
