Pros

So much free tea gotta love it

Cons

Pretentious Pretend to care about their employees Acts like a small company when it benefits them Micromanaging/petty management Schedules constantly changing Wasted product often Quinoa is cooked and then left out all day with no refrigeration Management acts friendly but will talk behind your back Says products are local but the simplest things aren’t Kitchen management lied to health inspector and told employees to also lie to the health inspector

Pros

The environment is one of respect and dignity. There is major growth and lots of opportunity. They have completely restructured management and new HR. The wages have become more competitive. I feel I have a voice here. I’m blessed to have found this place. The product is top notch, but the people here are what really makes it a joy to come to work.

There are some very cool people being worked to the bone here without much thanks!

Cons

Will write you up without notification Refuses to use correct pronouns for lgbtq employees Constant microaggresions Ineffective HR. They WILL NOT HELP YOU! Brushes off serious allegations, employees told to "talk it out" Bugs, screws, plastic, rocks, hair clips, hair, dry mold: all routinely found in tea blends, we were told to keep working Refusal to equitably accommodate employees who primarily speak spanish despite continuing to hire them No consistent training procedures, other people getting paid the same (or sometimes less!) than you are teaching you how to pack They will overwork you. You will be doing the job of five people at once most of the time.
