Constant leadership uncertainty. Leadership is spiraling and don’t know what they are doing anymore. They are hiring incompetent leaders who can’t even manage a Target let alone work in a Fortune 500 company. It used to be a great company to work for but now they are constantly closing corporate offices and laying off staff and yet still boosting about record profits.
