      You get to work in a world class museum and watch interesting IMAX films. You also get to work interesting museum events

      Cons

      The pay is not good and the work is boring at times. Supervisor treat their staff like little children and can be condescending at times.

      Great mission. Strong benefits including health insurance and 403b contribution. Many people stick around for 5, 10, 15+ years.

      Things are sometimes slow due to bureaucracy.

      Working conditions have a standard of museum environment settings, not ideal for those that desire to be outside all day.
