Awesome experience - Cashier/Barista Smokey Row Coffee Employee Review

The people on management are all so passionate and understanding, and they show a true dedication to their staff. Regular customers have strong relationships with staff on all levels (from the baristas all the way up to district managers). A great place to work if you are someone interested in working your way up into higher positions, and efforts put in are always shown great appreciation.

Retention rate varies from store to store, as there are a ton of workers who either come here as their first job or are only here for college/when they are on break from college. Schedules can also vary from week to week if you don’t have a specific set of hours you prefer (they are respectful to those who have availabilities that say “mornings only” so if you needed to do that it is highly encouraged you do so).

The environment was good, the workflow was usually a steady pace and everyone was mostly on task.

The managers didn't always help or manage the way they should've.
