Pros

Great Health Benefits, free fruit and cereal, yearly bonus

Cons

When you walk into the Building it gives you the sense that this is a Fun, Flexible and Forward thinking Company and that the Culture is friendly and Cool, when in fact it's the polar opposite. There's NO work hours flexibility, NO work from home time whatsoever, and being that this is a manufacturing company, you have to deal with 3 different work shift employees who constantly complain about each other. Therefore the rules apply to everyone without any flexibility for those working in the office. Every department is segregated and rarely interact with each other. There are several clicks here and it's difficult to fit in unless you've been here for a long time. There's a "sidekick" program here to assist New employees get situated and have better training, which is complete BS! It doesn't work and they leave you to figure things out on your own a lot. I cannot stress this enough, this Company is not what it seems and it doesn't take long to figure that out. The hours are longer than 9-5 and you do even get a full hour for lunch. Don't let yourself be fooled by all the company "perks" like the Nap room (which is in an area that's loud and hardly anyone uses), game room, Gym, free cereal and health benefits. In the end, it's not worth it. You hardly have any Holidays off, which they will tell you that they are making up with more PTO time, but it's complete nonsense. They never let you leave early, so you are forced to use PTO and they very reluctantly, allow you to make up the hours you missed during the week.
