Pros

Great support network, leadership teams at support center are always available to answer questions.

Cons

One challenge was the hiring process. At times, filling key positions could be difficult due to lengthy approval processes and multiple layers of review, which occasionally slowed the ability to staff stores as quickly as business needs required. Streamlining hiring decisions and giving field leaders more flexibility to recruit and onboard talent would help improve operational efficiency and support growth.

Pros

One free 20 oz smoothie with one additive when on shift, 50% off smoothies off shift, 30% off other items. Some coworkers are fun to work with and regulars like having conversations and boosting your confidence. Tips dependent on cash drawer being correct and customers.

Cons

No benefits except for salary employees. Upper management plays favorites and will take one sided opinions to use against you and may not issue any write ups or formal warnings/discussion when firing. Some employees do not follow proper training or rules, will be on phones in the back or in front, and waste products frequently. More teenagers than adults running daily operations in most locations, so there are cliques and variance in attitudes. Long hours if someone calls out and no replacement fills in. Hands started to get carpel tunnel in certain fingers from repetitive motions with blenders. Flies show up depending on if the team cleans poorly or properly. Mold in certain areas and on blenders/tops as everything is constantly in or around water and employees may not upkeep on deep cleaning. Minimum wage is $10 and position advancement is a dice roll unless you are liked or have prior experience. Metrics from surveys take precedence over actual team efforts. Will have some rude or negative customers some days.
