      Pros

      I worked with a good team of people who were knowledgeable and efficient. My boss was a good mentor and I learned a lot from him.

      Cons

      There was some management turnover that caused responsibilities to shift a bit. Not too bad though, just some new things to get used to.

      Freedom to be creative in sales approach that was very beneficial to my client. They wanted sales, I gave them more sales then they could imagine. It was great. I was hired to generate high volume fast sells. Plants needed volume

      IT WAS A PRESSURE COOKER JOB. I worked 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. I was remote paperwork was unreal. Loved job, took a toll on me. Plants were on chopping block for closure. Merger took place
