Pros

Frequent free food The job itself is chill Can watch Netflix while working

Cons

Favoritism- You’re only offered extra projects that’ll get you promoted, if management likes you. Not based off metrics, not based off seniority, they only offer advancement opportunities to the employees they like. As long as you don’t complain about anything and take on extra projects to do in between your work, which you don’t get paid extra for, you’re guaranteed a promotion. Take advantage of great employees by stacking on more responsibilities but they refuse to pay them more. The company is more worried about selling “culture” than paying their employees well. Management only has the back of management. I was bullied by one of the team leads and when I brought it up to the manager, I was told to get over it as leadership hadn’t been trained on accountability yet. Why would you have someone in leadership who can’t take accountability? That’s Beyond me. Do NOT work at Snap unless you want to feel like you’re back in highschool.

Pros

Supportive Team Environment From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. My team and colleagues are always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance. It's not just lip service—people actually care about seeing you succeed. Whether you need help understanding a complex process or just need to bounce ideas off someone, there's a collaborative spirit that makes the workplace feel like a real community. Leadership is approachable and invested in their teams' wellbeing. Incredible Growth Opportunities What I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and development. Snap Finance truly invests in their people. I've had the chance to expand my skill set, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in ways I didn't expect. The company seems to value internal advancement and encourages employees to develop expertise. Whether it's formal training, cross-functional projects, or learning from experienced colleagues, there are genuine opportunities to level up your career. Why I Love It Here The combination of a supportive culture and real growth potential makes Snap Finance stand out. It's refreshing to work for a company that sees employees as long-term assets rather than short-term resources. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported, I'd definitely recommend considering Snap Finance.

Cons
