Pros

Growth minded culture— they are ready to grow, a lot of opportunities to move up. Relaxed and open minded peers as well. Which I think is important for a modem company as change is inevitable.

Cons

For them to be a fintech, their benefits do not compare to other fintech firms. They do not have a paid parental leave policy, lifestyle (gym) or technology (home office) stipends/reimbursements. They do have a 401k match up to 3% which is better then nothing but I believe most industries are 4% with the rare ones doing 5%-8%. Hopefully that will increase.

Pros

Supportive Team Environment From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. My team and colleagues are always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance. It's not just lip service—people actually care about seeing you succeed. Whether you need help understanding a complex process or just need to bounce ideas off someone, there's a collaborative spirit that makes the workplace feel like a real community. Leadership is approachable and invested in their teams' wellbeing. Incredible Growth Opportunities What I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and development. Snap Finance truly invests in their people. I've had the chance to expand my skill set, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in ways I didn't expect. The company seems to value internal advancement and encourages employees to develop expertise. Whether it's formal training, cross-functional projects, or learning from experienced colleagues, there are genuine opportunities to level up your career. Why I Love It Here The combination of a supportive culture and real growth potential makes Snap Finance stand out. It's refreshing to work for a company that sees employees as long-term assets rather than short-term resources. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported, I'd definitely recommend considering Snap Finance.

Cons

Nothing of note to add here.
