- no work life balance - Leadership is micromanaging and no where to be found when you need direction or help - Constant turnover. CEO is 35 and sadly needs more work experience to be able to make the company profitable. You also get TWO weeks of parental leave. Save yourself from this company. It’s a sinking ship
