Pay changes without warning, no proof of where or commissions are coming from or that they are accurate, offshore focused team, no culture, have a VP or president of every made up role you could ever imagine and treat recruitment like they are nothing. Have thrown the relatable/personal approach of recruiting away and now AI and offshore focused as they can’t afford to pay recruiters a living wage but can afford to staff an obscene amount of c-suite level employees
