Pros

SnapLogic has a great platform that resonates with what customers are looking for in today's 'digital' world. EMEA has a highly skilled team that works tirelessly to not only support each other but to build trusting relationships with customers. The ability to drive the company strategy from an EMEA perspective, versus being prescribed a US-centric approach is a massive bonus. It is an exciting time to work for SnapLogic, and there is never a dull moment here.

Cons

Our Product Management team can be too 'safe' and don't spend enough time with customers to drive the product forward. Marketing and brand awareness is currently lacking

Pros

Remote Work available, competitive salary, good benifits.

Cons

1. Expect to work extremely long hours. No work/life balance. 2. Archaically designed software, written mostly in python (before 2015). Not well engineered. No guard rails, system constantly having issues, management more concerned about new features, than fixing poorly designed, poorly performing system.
