It's pretty fast pace and can be demanding in the workload sense.
Leadership speaks to company values regularly, but many do not actually demonstrate those values;
Market conditions have led to a number of RIFs over the last several years and job security is unclear for most positions;
Benefits are ok, but insurance is not great.
