Pros

Writing down everything that I loved there, would take quite some time to read. So, I'll try to bring it down to the most valueable points. #1: The People: Incredibly competent and loveable, your personality and mindset is key. Summed up, just great people in all possible aspects and it doesn't matter whether they or you are a Manager or Support or Developer - everybody gets treated equally. Recruitment & HR Lead are doing an outstanding job. #2: The Managment: As mentioned before, you never feel like you'd have to be cautious, nervous or what else, when the CEO/CFO/International Lead is around. Honesty and "self-propellingness" and transparency are valued, yet don't hesitate to aks questions. #3: The work-environment: they really want you to feel comfortable and happy. You could participate in Pilates, the Bootcamp, a massage every wednesday etc. It is a casual, diverse and fun environment. #4The Freedom: We worked in self-managing teams, which I really enjoyed. Plus, you can bring in your own ideas and impulses, so don't hold back if you have something on your mind.

Cons

Pretty much the only thing that I did not like, was the fact that I felt like I could have been prepared a bit better, which was also a bit my fault.

Pros

SnappCar and its employees manage to create an incredibly productive, enthusiastic and motivating atmosphere through constanct and balanced communication as well as frequent team activities after work. The flat hierarchy at SnappCar empowers employees and makes everyone feel respected. Especially for me, being a 21 year old student without previous experience, it was more than valuable and pushed and encouraged me. I was given a lot of responsibility from the first day on, helping me to learn a lot, professionally and personally. The whole team is incredibly nice and daily lunch together, bar visits or company excursions further push the dynamics in the team by bringing it together. Feedback is always given in a constructive way and whenever help is needed, a more experienced employee takes some time to help.

Cons

The bar for coming jobs is set pretty high, especially looking at company culture.
