Pros

Learn a lot about their products. The company welcomes innovation. Colleagues are fun to work with and have easy access to management.

Cons

You get victimized by management if you raise something you are unhappy about. They will make it hard for you to do your job and will always be on your back looking for "mistakes" so they can use that against you when it is time to negotiate your salary. They also use Slack to micromanage employees and can sometimes embarrass you in front of colleagues. The management will make you feel like it is a safe space for you to talk but they will use whatever you say against you. They disregard mental health issues when it comes to their employees. They only care about making customers happy without looking at the effects that could have on the employees. They do not have team-building activities.

Pros

A solid team, always time for their people and opportunities to learn a lot to better self. It is an awesome company to work for, with an open door policy. This company is growing rapidly and really making a huge difference in education. People are committed and hard working individuals. Clear communication is a plus.

Cons

No place for lazy people, you have to give a 100%.
