Pros
Remote, free lunch on Friday
Cons
My entire experience at Snappy was fake. What I was told during the interview process was fake. What I was told about my role was fake. What I was told about the types of companies I'd be working with was fake. What I was told about commission was extremely fake. What I was told by my managers was fake. The data and performance of Snappy's product is fake. The sales numbers and quotas are fake. The culture is fake. Leadership is fake. There is no chance Snappy will ever be successful, they have their head stuck too far up their you know what to even begin to understand why they aren't poised for future success. Leaders should listen to their employees, to their partners, to their customers. Instead Snappy only listens to themselves. They think there are zero flaws with the product and everything is perfect. They live in a world of sunshine and rainbows but won't face the fact that they have serious internal and toxic flaws on top of everything else previously noted and noted in other reviews. I can honestly say this was the worst role and company I've been a part of in my 10 years in the work force. Please look elsewhere if you're applying and please start interviewing to leave if you still work there. Free $25 gifts and free lunches once a week aren't worth setbacks to your professional career.
