- Great team full of passion, talent, and integrity - Growing business with lots of career opportunities - Ability to take on special projects of interest - Collaborative culture where team members share and help each other out - Lots of opportunity to advance in digital strategy, analytics, and client communications - Offers funding and support for additional out-of-office training/education - Biggest Pro: The company continues to improve and its best days are ahead

Cons

- Regular struggles associated with a small company (processes still being materialized, remaining profitable in a competitive industry, etc.) - Some people would prefer an office downtown instead of Burnaby

Pros

Some of the kindest and smartest people you’ll ever meet. Strong sense of community and friendship even when remote.

Cons

Snaptech is a sinking ship. All employees are entirely burnt out and not supported, even when management tries their best. Clients are a poor fit for the company and under charged - employees encouraged to spend more time on clients who are not aligned with the agency’s offerings. This leads to more burnout but don’t they receive compensation increases as companies pay very little . Refusal to invest in sales, growth opportunities or hiring experienced industry professionals to support and nurture overworked team. Company was moved to the offices of a client who ended up parting ways - a hasty, reactive decision.
