Positive work environment, friendly staff.

None that I can remember.

Everyone I met was very kind and friendly. The school has a great family-like atmosphere. They seem to truly be focused on doing what they can to benefit the students.

Since it's a state community college, it receives funding from the state of Alabama. Unfortunately, state budget cuts have adversely affected K-12 programs, as well as, the community college system. Anyone who isn't a full-time instructor could lose their job when budget-related sacrifices have to be made.
