Constantly changing schedules including sudden changes to your schedule while you are working. Owner and a part time stylist from another salon out of state fronting as an HR department that doesn't know how to talk to people with out a belittling tone would rather cause issues then resolve issues. These owners don't care about the employees or clients just their own pockets as they are trying to force stylists to get scared and kids with special needs in and out
of a salon chair in less then 15 minutes. Recently started to deduct half hour lunches that employees have been working through from paychecks and moving clients from stylist to stylist on the system back end depending who they like more that week. Demotion with out written or verbal warnings. Retaliation in scheduling if you don't perform they way they want you too or if you confront them with an issue that you are having with the m (owner and hr) Horrible place to work
