The people are fantastic, especially if you know the right ones to connect with. I was able to form long-lasting friendships, valuable connections, and meaningful relationships during my time here.
Cons
Unorganized and unfazed. I had never witnessed a "boys' club" dynamic in action until I started working at this company. The creative director (if you can even call him that) is one of the most disorganized and scattered individuals I’ve encountered in my entire professional career. He consistently misses deadlines for responding to emails and fails to provide proper feedback. After working under him for about a year, I ultimately left due to his ineffective management style. What's even more frustrating is that this creative director only takes the men out to dinner and tolerates an unprofessional tone and behavior from them, even on set. It’s truly baffling that he has yet to be fired.
