      Management is fantastic. Very supportive work environment. Management is very involved and understanding of positions. They are hands on working with employees on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Parking is terrible and you have to pay $7 a day to park in the garage. Terrible system.

      Employees and Managers are very supportive and are open to suggestions. This helped me to learn many things throughout the experience

      Competitive pay, government job, elected officals are personable.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, unaware of departmental capabilities, confrontation is passive aggressive. Racial descrimination. 11 years spent on the same project wasting tax payer resources.
