Good but needs work - Technical Sales Snookers Employee Review

Great regular base, strong and mostly supportive management team, large workspace, big menu, and fun atmosphere in my favorite New England city.

Keeping new employees, parking for staff is unsafe, food inconsistency, few employee incentives, no benefits, vacation time or advancement oportunities.

Not really any, other servers are a good time. Food is subpar. Scheduling app is ok.

Everything, management is a complete MESS. There’s a female managers who is horrible to her servers, apparently she’s run off many others. I’ve seen her in a physical altercation with another female employee before. Their employee retention rate is HORRIBLE. Most of the cooks are jerks and/or perves, not all of them. The money is awful on top of that, don’t even waste your time working here.
