Pros
I started as an intern, so I learnt a lot throught the years thanks to my great more senior co-workers. Very well work/life balance that allowed me to finish college. Nice environment where you can make great friends.
Cons
Very low payment. No benefits. Human resources does not pay attention to employer needs. There was a case of harassment and they did literally nothing.
