Pros
Fully remote, great leadership, strong core values. Snowpak really cares about the customers and the employees alike. They worked hard to ensure customer service was of the highest priority.
Cons
Late schedules, if you are not a night person. Learning curve with working remotely. Customers tend to get angry at you for things out of your control, which is just the nature of the job I suppose. Contract work comes with no benefits and ends on a certain month, so plan accordingly.
