Pros
- Great resources and ecosystem to help you sell into new and existing territories - Lots of talented employees - Marketing department that has never turned down an event request - A company that really puts the customer first, the product is very much tied to consumption, so you have to build and service a client who will get the value out of what they paid - Pretty good benefits - healthcare, dental, free term life, disability insurance, unlimited vacation (as long as you execute).
Cons
- Some changes going on within coverage of accounts, but the company is growing and as soon as you land in a new patch, those accounts will eventually buy the product, because again, it's such a profound leap from legacy technology. - Lots of work to do, but it's fun winning...I know, again...with a good product
