Pros

Leaving was the best decision I ever made. It taught me what I never want in a workplace again.

Cons

Toxic management style driven by ego, not leadership. Zero transparency — decisions made behind closed doors with no regard for staff. Burnout is treated as weakness. Work-life balance is just a buzzword they throw around during interviews. High turnover for a reason — people don’t quit jobs, they quit terrible managers. Feedback is ignored or weaponized against you. Nepotism and favoritism over merit or skill. There is no HR.

Pros

It's a growing company with ambitious goals. Constantly evolving, which provides exposure to a wide range of projects and opportunities to learn new skills. No two days are the same. Employees get to work closely with leadership and get exposure to multiple areas of the business. Great pay, three weeks of vacation and extended medical are additional perks.

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving. Must be able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
