Pros
Really nice staff! Very accommodating with whatever I needed to keep the business going. I wish there was more of a market to keep employment.
Cons
When the gold market ran out, there was not enough info to get to the next level. There was an offer to stay, but there was not enough clarity as to what the next step would be.
