Pros
Great Benefits, vacation, sick and extra days off. Shared information for stay at home order and allowing a hybrid schedule. Flexibility with work hours
Cons
The company is being run by attorney's and it reflects in the decision making. The culture has changed and the lower level employees aren't being treated respectfully. It's turned into a culture where if you don't agree with executives your job and career are at stake. A lot of long time employees are leaving.
