Pros
At SoCalGas I feel valued, supported personally and professionally, and feel a part of a team that motivates me to excel in my career. SoCalGas provides growth opportunities within several areas of the company, as well as learning courses to help advance in my career. Some of the perks of working for SoCalGas include annual bonus, 401k, pet insurance, fertility benefits, amazing health insurance plans, and a hybrid work model.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is the creativity aspect. Since SoCalGas is a utility company there are guidelines when it comes to marketing which eliminates the amount of creativity I can have when producing campaings or marketing materials.
