Too much virtue signalling, super liberal company and it doesn't hide it, recently they had an event "Estate planning for LGBTQ folks" like what? everyone needs estate planning assistance. After 4-5 years you'll stop accruing more PTO, and the typical year-over-year raises don't keep up with people coming in fresh, which is disheartening. I generally fall in the top margin of raises YOY for 4 years straight and I still was earning barely a dollar more than the people they had me training. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me, how are you going to chase talent so hard, and do the bare minimum to retain it?
