2yWe are so disappointed to hear working at SoFi isn't meeting your expectations. We appreciate your candor, and hope we have the chance to connect with you 1:1 to address your feedback directly. As you may know, we frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance. One of our core values is 'embrace diversity' and we're committed to creating an inclusive culture where our employees can bring their whole authentic selves to work. We know that culture starts with having excellent managers. We're currently planning a series of leadership trainings focused on how our people leaders can manage inclusive teams. Lastly, we have ambitious goals to increase representation amongst our people managers - the goal is that by the end of 2023, 60% of our managers identify as part of an underrepresented minority or underrepresented group.
