Thank you for the feedback, we're grateful for the time you spent working at SoFi. We wish this had been a 5 star experience for you. While we're glad you enjoyed the people, SoFridays, and felt your compensation was adequate, we are sorry to hear your comments about top down leadership communication. Our quarterly OKR process is meant to align on teams on our strategy and deliverables each quarter. The intention is that these OKRs are built from the bottom up to drive alignment. While our lunch card program was stopped, the stipend was added directly to employee's paychecks, and we regularly offer free lunch in our offices, including San Francisco.
