Firstly, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience - you cared enough to do that and largely that's all I'd ask. We're very open to feedback and would love resolve things in a way that can help us grow as a team together. No organization comes without its faults, us included, but please know that we take your feedback seriously.
Feel free to reach out to me personally on anything you shared here to go into more detail. I'll keep your thoughts anonymous within the org, but we'll at least have the opportunity to fix the problems affecting you.
With regards to growth: It's actually been exponential over the previous years. However, we hold ourselves to an incredible standard and are very transparent with that standard and how it relates to our growth goals. With the talent we have at SoapBox, we feel we can achieve more. Sometimes that rubs people the wrong way... but we think it attracts the right calibre of people that can help us with our vision.
