      Coworkers and Management are some of the most talented and friendly people I've evet met.

      Cons

      I genuinely believe there's bo downsides to working here. The job can be a pain in the butt, vut that's software development. SoarTech themselves make it all worth it.

      Bad company with too much workload and no direction In a permanent state of 'restructuring' and constant layoffs too many VPs with no clue about how to run the company
