There are no pros whatsoever

Everything, job description was a lie, no overtime pay, they lie about providing insurance, duties constantly changed. Phone calls and texts nonstop after hours. No training, no working space, they didn’t follow up on PT evals and pulled out of locations when too many questions were asked. Management is unresponsive and flat out rude. Policies were very questionable, and we were pushed to recommend therapy when it wasnt needed. Super disorganized so policies and procedures were always changing with no improvement. Worst job ever.
