My horrible experience at Soccer Village - Customizing Team Member Soccer Village Employee Review

No flexible hours Work environment is poor Management is not honest and does not treat employees with basic respect. Bully like atmosphere. Pay is terrible not even minimum wage. Management makes it clear they only like certain types of people. Even after working a hard and long day you still go unappreciated Management lets some people get away with being on phones and texting but calls other people out for it Management said they wanted me to be a team lead eventually in my interview but denied it when I came to them later to talk about it Was trained by someone who gave me the wrong information about how to do the job.
