Pros
Leading knowledge of social motivations and integrating social into ecommerce and other online experiences. Great group of people. Transparent leadership. Definite opportunity to grow and take ownership.
Cons
A 401 K plan would be nice! ...Though, the rest of the benefits are pretty strong. The offices are not what I would call glamorous, but it is a fun area.
