Pros

Most team members are hardworking and capable.

Cons

The culture set at the ownership level is toxic, with poor communication and consistently low morale across the organization. Expectations are unclear and frequently shift, while accountability is inconsistently applied. There is a disconnect between responsibility and authority, with individuals held accountable for outcomes they do not have control over, making success difficult to achieve or sustain. Compensation does not align with the level of expectation and workload. There have also been instances of unprofessional and inappropriate comments at the ownership level that contribute to an uncomfortable and at times concerning workplace environment.

Pros

Half of the team is from Sri Lanka. So they are sleeping when you are working. They do not follow what they preach. They say they are helping victims from being scammed and they are scamming people with their own product that doesn’t work! People are constantly calling to cancel their membership. If you are salaried and expected to be in a KPI meeting expect to be yelled at constantly for not meeting revenue goals even though it’s beyond your control. At company events it seems like the owners are not too bad - but maybe it’s because they had too many drinks. Then when you get back in the office it’s another story. Jobs are also being posted and advertised as remote but they end up being in person. I am now in a better company with a CEO who values employees. Yes, this job might help you pay bills, but you’ll be stressed beyond measure and you’ll have to have therapy or doctor visits to cope with the environment.

Cons

All projects never get completed. Software has tons of bugs. Developers don’t communicate with marketing team. No time off.
