This job by far has been one of the most traumatic work environments I have worked in. when I first started everything seemed to be fine but I quickly picked up on the culture pushed by the owners. They will ask you to do way more over your hired requirements and will result in not getting treated correctly if you speak up on pay compensation for hours or roles that are not under your requirements. In matter of working there less than a year I saw over 30 plus employees quit under 6 months. They will take advantage of you if you are a people pleaser or have the assumption that with hard work will come a pay raise they do not offer promotions or 401k They also have a very small accumulation for vacation time so know that you will not be getting much for the hours you work. They also have Ring cameras inside the building that have audio attached to their person ring accounts which seemed a bit strange. This is a not a company you look into if you are looking for something semi long term.
