- A fast-paced environment, with high demand on excellence and ability to work on multiple workstreams (need strong alignment to mission and have passion for mindful leadership and tech-for-good)

Pros

Very flat management structure. Average working hours. Friendly atmosphere, little to no politics between employees.

Cons

Difficulty communicating with leadership. Unrealistic targets set and little guidance given regarding how to achieve them. Low employee motivation and high turnover rate. Employees expected to function with the rigour of a corporate setting, but with far below average training and compensation.

Pros

Work is dynamic & creative, but you have to set your own limits for your work

Cons

There is always work to be assigned to you. Because of the boss' constant need to approve your work, simple tasks can be stretched out & feel micromanaging.
