Social Method is full of advancement opportunities, learning opportunities, collaboration, and teamwork. I respect and admire my colleagues, and feel it is mutual. They have always helped me learn, rooted for me to grow, and worked hard alongside me. We have a lot of fun together. Our work product makes me proud, and I feel we represent our clients well. Even though I work in a different department than most of the company, I feel supported and engaged always. The culture and values of the company are driven by the team, which I appreciate. The CEO, Rob Jewell, gives the team a majority of input in where the business is heading. He has great connections in the industry, and you will work for fun clients!
